Do you know organic coffee and can you tell what it means?

The so-called international “green market” has been demanding organic products produced according to the principles of organic agriculture for about seven years: the first is the non-use of pesticides that unbalance the agro-ecosystem, and the second is that the organic production systems generate a soil / plant balance through the use of organic matter, producing plants that are more resistant to pests and diseases.

Organic coffee is a type of coffee produced in a special way, without the use of highly soluble pesticides and fertilizers, which are replaced by by-products from the recycling of organic vegetable and animal matter, using animal waste, biofertilizers, pulp and coffee husks , compounds, earthworm humus, etc. It is worth mentioning that organic agriculture does not represent miraculous formulas, but the use of all plant and animal waste within the agricultural organism.

And you, what do you think of this modality of coffee growing? Do you know someone who does?
